1. What phone models do you support?

We currently mainly stock cases for Apple iPhone and Samsung smartphones. Please check the listing specifications section. If your model isn’t listed, feel free to contact us - we may be able to source it for you.

2. How long does delivery take?

UK Stock: Dispatched in 1-3 working days (Free UK shipping.)

China Warehouse: Delivery takes 10-15 days (Free UK shipping.)

Bulk Printed Cases Orders:

1–10 cases: 2-3 days for printing + 2-3 days delivery.
11+ cases: Up to 5 days for printing + 2-3 days delivery.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, and more. Shipping fees are based on destination and weight. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and bank transfer (Custom or bulk cases only, please contact us for bank details). All prices include VAT and are listed in GBP (£).

5. How do I place an order?

We only accept returns for damaged or faulty items. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the item is unused and in original packaging.

Add your desired products to the shopping cart.
Choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.
In the message box on the checkout page, state your phone case brand, model, and colour (e.g., iPhone 14 - Clear or Samsung S23 - Black.)
Proceed to make payment via stripe or PayPal.

6. Can I return a phone case?
